A wee bit about me...

I am originially from upstate New York, but I live in southern New
Hampshire with my wife and three children.
After graduating from high school I spent four years (1986 - 1990) in the
U.S. Marine Corps as a Field Radio Operator. By the time I turned 21 I had
been to South Carolina, California, North Carolina, Virginia, Puerto
Rico, Okinawa, Korea, Philippines, Spain, France, Italy, Africa, Isreal,
and Turkey.
I spent some time "exploring different carreer options" after I was
discharged from my beloved Corps in 1990. I did just about everything from
building maintenance to air quality testing for NYSEG to working as an
Emergency Medical Technician.
I eventually went to school and earned my AAS Degree in Software
Development and then toiled for seven years in the DC Metro area,
designing and developing websites and software applications for both
civilian and government agencies.
After moving to southern New Hampshire in the summer of 2003, I decided to
leave the computer field and go back to school. I'm currently majoring in
English Lit at the University of New Hampshire.
Aside from spending time with my wife and kids, I have a few hobbies. I
became interested in the Civil War while living in Virginia, but there
isn't much in New England related to the Civil War, so my interest wanes
from time to time. I sometimes juggle fruit in the produce aisle to keep
my juggling skills sharp. I like to hike and play guitar from time to time.
I am also a Red Sox fan.
Oh, I sometimes harvest belly button lint for fun and profit.
